Phase 01
Site Survey and Discovery
On-site and remote assessment of your physical environment, existing cabling, power and cooling capacity, RF spectrum analysis for wireless, and current network topology. We document every constraint before a single device is specified.
Phase 02
Network Architecture
Logical and physical network design including VLAN segmentation, IP addressing schemes, routing topology, redundancy planning, and hardware selection. Delivered as a detailed design document with diagrams, a bill of materials, and a project timeline.
Phase 03
Staged Deployment
Pre-staged hardware configuration in our lab, phased rollout with defined change windows, and real-time validation at every milestone. We minimise downtime through parallel cutovers and maintain rollback plans for every stage of the deployment.
Phase 04
Post-Install Support
Comprehensive as-built documentation, knowledge transfer to your internal team, and a 30-day hypercare period with priority engineering access. From there, transition into our managed services for ongoing monitoring, patching, and capacity planning.
