Customer Consent Agreement
By proceeding with services from One80 Technology Group (Pty) Ltd, the Customer voluntarily and unconditionally consents to the processing of their personal information for purposes directly related to this agreement and the services provided, including:
1. Processing of Payments
The Customer consents to the use of their personal information to facilitate and process any payments due.
2. Keeping Personal Information Up to Date
Both parties agree to keep all personal information accurate and updated.
3. POPIA Compliance
The parties agree to comply with all applicable provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
4. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a suspected or confirmed data breach, both parties agree to notify the other in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Cross-Border Transfers
The Customer consents to One80 Technology Group (Pty) Ltd transferring their personal information across borders, with assurances that the data will be protected.
